Alkaraj Homes By MK Developers mein investment ka soch raha hoon. As a real estate guy, I know brochures are one thing. But long-term construction quality ka kya scene hai? Cracks, seepage, fittings ke issues kitne common hain after 1-2 years? Resale value pe bohot farak padta hai yaar. Aur clubhouse, sports facilities kitni use hoti hain? Tenant attract karne mein help karti hain ya bas maintenance charge badhaati hain? Honest opinions chahiye, please. My budget is tight, can't afford future headaches.

Bhai, 4 units ka project hai Alkaraj Homes? Sahi suna maine? Itne chhote project mein builder kitna dhyaan dega quality pe? Aur 22L for what configuration? Ghaziabad mein toh kaafi options hain abhi. Thoda research aur kar lo, lagta hai.

Seepage aur cracks, common problem hai. Dimaag kharab ho jaata hai baad mein. Definitely check previous projects.
Totally agree bhai, quality check is key. Especially after 1-2 years, asli rang dikhta hai. Mera friend ka flat hai ek jagah, pipes leak hone lage, plaster girne laga. Builder phone nahi utha raha ab. Yeh Alkaraj Homes ka builder ka reputation kaisa hai?
