Got possession of my 3BHK at Alkaraj Homes by MK Developers in March. Honestly, thoda mixed feelings hain. Clubhouse abhi tak full functional nahi hai, jo brochure mein dikhaya tha. And kuch fittings toh after 2 months hi loose ho gaye, small cracks bhi dikh rahe hain. Builder ne bola tha world-class amenities milengi, but abhi tak toh adha adhura lag raha hai. Maintenance charges toh poore le rahe hain, but service quality utni nahi. Has anyone else faced these issues with new projects in Ghaziabad? Am I expecting too much?
