Alkaraj Homes by MK Developers — I'm seriously looking at a 2BHK here, finally taking the plunge after years of renting. My big worry for an investor is long-term utility quality. Power backup ka kya scene hai? Is it full flat backup ya bas common areas? Builder log toh sab bolte hain, but actual delivery kya hai? Kisi ko Alkaraj Homes mein experience hai elevator maintenance response time ka? Ye choti choti cheezein tenant attraction aur resale value pe bohot impact karti hain, I'm thinking. Water supply reliable hai ya tanker dependency rehti hai? Should I be concerned about these basic amenities affecting my ROI after a few years?
