All-in cost claims from Hyderabad builders are mostly fake – fight me

Did a site visit to Salarpuria Sattva's new project in Sanath Nagar last weekend. Even working in real estate, I'm finding it tough to get a clear picture of the *actual* all-in cost. Beyond the base price, stamp duty, and registration, what hidden charges really hit hard at possession? Are builders in Hyderabad still playing the 'final bill shock' game? Any recent experiences with Salarpuria Sattva or similar?
