My possession for Salarpuria Sattva in Hitech City was just last month, and honestly, all-in cost calculations were a nightmare. I thought my 3BHK was around ₹1.8 Cr, but with stamp duty, registration, and all these PLC charges, it shot up significantly. Builders quote super area, which is so misleading. My carpet area felt way smaller than expected. Did anyone else feel cheated by the final bill? How do you guys factor in all these extra costs upfront? Is there a better way to negotiate these add-ons?

Totally relate, bhai! My friend bought a 2BHK in Gachibowli last year and faced the exact same issue. Builders show one price, and then these hidden charges just keep piling up.
