Sector 66 — kids are out, so I'm downsizing from our big house. Looking for a manageable 2BHK, maybe around 1.5 Cr. But honestly, how much do builders like SS Group hide? Is the quoted price ever final? What about PLC, parking, and maintenance that pop up later? What was your true 'all-in' cost experience?
