Hum apne kids ke liye 3BHK plan kar rahe hain, wife ko safety aur school proximity pehle chahiye. Sector 152 mein RENOX GROUP ke projects dekh raha tha, price ₹1.2 Cr ke aas paas bol rahe hain. But yeh 'all-in cost' ka scene samajh nahi aa raha. Builders initial price toh kam batate hain, but baad mein maintenance, PLC, registration, stamp duty sab add ho jaata hai. Kitna extra expect karna chahiye? Kisi ko RENOX GROUP ke saath koi unexpected charges ka experience hua hai possession ke time? Aur Greater Noida mein koi zones hain jahan prices thode realistic hain for end-users, ya sab jagah over-inflated chal raha hai? Parents ke liye best value kahan milegi, considering Jewar Airport ka effect bhi hai? What does the community think?

Bhai, all-in cost ka scene toh sab builders ka same hai. 1.2 Cr bol rahe hain toh minimum 15-20% extra pakad ke chalo. RENOX ka pata nahi but ye standard hai.

Totally agree with you. Mere ek friend ne bhi Sector 152 mein liya tha, initial quote se almost 20% upar gaya final bill. PLC aur IFMS ne hi budget hilaya tha. Builders yeh sab pehle batate hi nahi.
