Honestly, I'm fed up of renting. Landlord hiked it again. I'm eyeing a 3BHK near Jhilmil Colony, Deals Point. Budget ₹2.5 Cr. What's the real all-in cost (stamp duty, parking)? For an investor, is CLP or a larger down payment better for negotiation leverage?
