Allure Floors Four 4.5 Cr valuation is optimistic
Fed up of renting for years, I'm finally looking to invest in a property rather than just paying someone else's EMI. Sohna mein Allure Floors Four dekh raha hoon, it's completed which is a big plus. The 4.5 Cr price tag is quite high though, and I'm honestly not sure about the capital appreciation potential from here. Already delivered, toh kitna upside bacha hai? Also, what kind of rental yield are you guys actually getting on such a high-value property? Matlab, 4.5 Cr pe kitna rent expect kar sakte hain? Aur is price point pe secondary market kitna liquid hai? Will it be easy to sell after 5-7 years, or will I be stuck? Builder ka track record toh sahi lagta hai, but for such a big investment, exit strategy is crucial. Any real experiences ya advice, please share. Am I overthinking the resale part for Sohna?

Bhai, 4.5 Cr for Sohna? That's seriously high. Even if it's completed, that price point in Sohna feels like a stretch for appreciation. Gurugram main bhi isse better options mil jaate hain around that budget if you look hard enough, especially for resale.
Sahi keh rahe ho, price high hai but Sohna's connectivity is improving. Delhi-Mumbai Expressway ka effect bhi hai. Long-term hold ke liye, it might pay off. But
