Allure Floors Four mein capital appreciation toh bilkul nahin dikh raha. Main toh real estate mein hoon, but apni ₹4.5 Cr investment pe market movement nahin hai. Resale ke liye buyers milna mushkil ho raha hai. Is project mein exit strategy kya banayein, samajh nahin aa raha. Kisine real investor experience kiya hai?

Bhai, ye sirf Allure Floors Four ka issue nahin hai. Gurugram mein abhi micro-markets mein bahut slow down hai, especially high-ticket, niche projects mein. Mera ek friend ne Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe ek independent floor liya tha, same price bracket mein, 2019 mein. Ab usko bhi resale mein buyer nahin mil rahe. Investment toh ho gayi, but ROI pe question mark hai. Lagta hai sabko affordable housing ya plotted development mein hi jana chahiye tha.
Original post mein bola hai ₹4.5 Cr investment pe market movement nahin hai. Ye RERA registered bhi nahin hai kya? Aur ye Allure Floors Four ka builder ka track record kaisa hai? Sirf 4 units, sounds very niche and risky.
Builder ka track record toh mixed hi hai, to be honest. Kuch projects time pe diye hain, kuch mein bahut delays. But this 4-unit concept always felt a bit off. Lagta hai unhone high-end segment mein try kiya but market response nahin mila.
Haan, Allure Floors Four ka RERA number apply nahin hota. 2018 mein complete ho gaya tha, RERA rules 2016 ke baad aaye, so it might be exempt. But still, transparency kam rehti hai.
Seriously, I was looking at this project a while back, tab bhi laga tha price point bahut high hai for what it offers. ₹4.5 Cr for a completed project from 2018? And only 4 units? That's a red flag right there. Mujhe laga shayad kuch hidden gem hoga, but clearly it's not. Re-sale market mein aise projects ka kya hota hai, samajh nahin aata. Builder ne kaise convince kiya logon ko?
Yaar, exactly my thoughts. Allure Floors Four mein toh jaisa naam hai, waisa kaam bilkul nahin. ₹4.5 Cr stuck hain, na appreciation na exit. Bahut tension ho rahi hai.
