Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. Eyed investment flat Dwarka Expressway par. Builder ne bola "early bird discount" hai M3M project mein. Payment plan dekha, it's all construction-linked. My experience says delays aur hidden costs common hain. Is that "discount" truly worth the risk, ya sirf trap hai?

Totally understand your dilemma! Pre-launch offers are always a double-edged sword. Builders promise the moon but delivery is often a nightmare. Dwarka Expressway projects, especially, have a history of delays. This 'early bird' discount is usually just to get initial funding.
Sahi baat hai! Mera ek dost Airport Road pe ek project mein phasa hua hai. 2 saal se possession ka wait kar raha hai, har baar nayi date mil jaati hai.
