Not proud of this but I almost overlooked a critical RERA detail when checking Soho By Bren. I'm looking at this project for investment, prices abhi ₹1.38 Cr se ₹1.96 Cr tak hain. Site visit kiya, location toh theek lag rahi hai. Honestly, I'm really digging into their RERA status and builder ka track record. Kitna important hai, yaar? I found some minor discrepancies in their RERA filings compared to what the sales guy said. Not a huge red flag, but it made me pause. What's Bren's history with project delivery timelines and OC/CC acquisition? Has anyone else done a deep dive on their compliance? Is it usually smooth ya should I be wary? Yaar, so glad someone brought this up. I'm also looking at Soho By Bren for investment and the price point (₹1.4 Cr se ₹2.0 Cr) is making me super cautious. Sales guys make it sound so smooth, but RERA discrepancies are my biggest nightmare. What's the point of RERA if it's not strictly followed? I've heard stories of builders changing floor plans or amenities later, which RERA is supposed to prevent. This project's RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/20062
