Honestly, location-wise Alpha Eminence looks good on paper, especially with connectivity to Alpha I Greater Noida. But I'm also worried about the possession date. Builder ne bola hai 2023-03-31, but has anyone actually gotten possession yet? Ya phir date extend ho gayi
