Alpha II prices are just inflated hype.

My lease ends in 3 months and honestly, I'm fed up of renting. Landlord hiked rent again. Everyone glorifies Alpha II's location, but prices seem super inflated. For a 2BHK at ₹70-80L, is daily life wahan worth it? Also, resale value ka kya scene hai? Disagree? Tell me why.
