Fed up of renting, my landlord just raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. EMI vs rent math is hitting hard. Alpine Fiesta looks good for ₹90L range, but daily life comfort kaise hai? Amenities sirf dikhane ke liye hain ya actually useful bhi? Kids ke liye safe aur friendly society hai kya? Any actual residents can share experience?

Yaar, EMI vs rent is a never-ending debate. I totally get you. Alpine Fiesta ka ₹90L range sunke pehle toh main bhi excited tha. But jab site visit kiya, laga ki location thodi off hai, especially for daily commute if you work closer to the city. Plus, jo price tag hai, for a place in Akshayanagar, it feels a bit steep for the 'completed' tag. Amenities dikhte toh hain, par use karne wale kitne hain, aur maintenance kitna hai, woh asli sawal hai. Kids ke liye play area toh hai, but overall community vibe seems a bit distant.
