Bhai, 99A ka premium justified hai bhi ya nahi, yahi samajh nahi aata. Already ek loan hai, upar se yeh waterlogging ki news sunke darr lagta hai. Resale toh theek hogi na wahan ki? Koi fass na jaaye bas.
