Alton Tatva Estates: Construction quality vs. long-term value
Everyone glorifies Alton Tatva Estates ka name, but nobody talks about the actual construction quality after a few years. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a small villa. Par yaar, what's the point of paying so much extra for a 'premium' project if walls crack and seepage starts after 2-3 monsoons? This seriously impacts resale value later, no? Already have a home loan, so ROI and long-term costs are crucial. My biggest worry is the long-term maintenance. High maintenance charges are fine agar service acchi ho, but often it's just for common areas. Full flat power backup is a big selling point for tenants, but most projects only give partial. Is this premium worth it for an investor like me, ya just marketing hype? Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree with the original post! Alton Tatva Estates ka naam toh bahut hai, but I've heard whispers about their older projects having issues after a couple of monsoons. Long-term value is everything for us first-time buyers, especially with the ₹95 L starting price.
