Alton Tatva Estates: My construction quality fears
Was supposed to decide by last month but still stuck on a few things. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, yaar. Alton Tatva Estates looks promising, but I'm honestly worried about the actual construction quality. Builder marketing mein toh sab accha dikhta hai, but possession ke baad cracks, seepage issues kitne common hain? Log kya bolte hain? Also, promised amenities vs what actually gets delivered – that's a big concern. Clubhouse, green areas, sab sirf brochure mein dikhte hain ya real mein usable hote hain? Aur maintenance charges, jo they quote, kya woh actual service quality ke liye value for money hain? Apna experience share karo, especially Alton Tatva Estates ya similar projects se. Should I trust what I see on site visits?
