Altura GK2 agreement clauses: Builder power vs. RERA?

Visited Altura Greater Kailash 2 Super Luxury Floors last week, and the sales team pressure was something else. Builder-buyer agreement dekha toh dimaag kharab ho gaya. So many clauses favoring them, especially on possession delays. They can delay indefinitely, and we get peanuts for compensation. Is this normal for builders like Deepak Kumar? What are our actual legal options under RERA agar builder late kare? Ya RERA bas naam ka hai?
