Altura GK2 maintenance: Are we getting fleeced?

₹50k+ in monthly maintenance for Altura Greater Kailash 2 — am I the only one who thinks this is insane? I work in real estate, I know what builders don't tell you. But these charges for 'super luxury' feel like a black hole. Are we genuinely getting value for money, or just paying for a fancy address and a ghost clubhouse? As an investor, I'm trying to calculate ROI, and these ongoing costs eat into everything. Does high maintenance actually attract premium tenants or just scare them off? Change my mind.
