Altura Greater Kailash 2: Are the 'super luxury' amenities actually usable?
Sometimes I feel these 'super luxury' projects promise the moon but deliver... well, something else. We're looking at upgrading to a 3BHK, maybe Altura Greater Kailash 2, for the kids' school admissions next year. My wife's priority is a safe, usable space for them, not just fancy brochures. I've heard stories about clubhouses being ghost towns or kids' play areas feeling like an afterthought. Is it really value for money when half the promised amenities never fully materialize or are poorly maintained? And then there's the maintenance. Are the high charges actually translating into good service and upkeep, or just lining someone's pockets? We need reliable power backup and water, not constant headaches. Has anyone lived in Altura GK2 or similar projects? What's the real story on daily usability and maintenance quality? Are the facilities genuinely functional for families, or just for show?
