Is it really value for money when half the promised amenities never fully materialize or are poorly maintained? And then there's the maintenance. Are the high charges actually translating into good service and upkeep, or just lining someone's pockets? We need reliable power backup and water, not constant headaches. Has anyone lived in Altura GK2 or similar projects? What's the real story on daily usability and maintenance quality? Are the facilities genuinely functional for families, or just for show?
