Altura Homes' hidden costs are ridiculous

Possession was finally in March for my 3BHK in Block B. Honestly, the Altura Homes brochure felt like a scam when the final bill arrived. Stamp duty, registration, fine, I knew that. But then came all these 'utility connection charges' and 'maintenance setup fees' that weren't in the initial quote. Added almost 3.5 lakhs extra. Things nobody tells you! Did anyone else face this with their new flat in Delhi? How did you deal with these surprise costs at possession?
