Builder ka project delivery track record kaisa hai, especially for luxury segment projects? I'm worried about resale market liquidity for such high-ticket properties. Kya ismein exit strategy easy hogi 5-7 saal mein? Been tracking Delhi market for years, but this one feels a bit risky for long-term wealth creation. Any insights ya experience with Altura projects?
