Altus Ecoglades – everyone talks about the location, but has anyone actually lived there? My kids are grown, we don't need a huge house anymore. I'm looking at these flats for something manageable. But yaar, ₹41.78L for that carpet area? It feels so cramped. Brochure mein sab bada lagta hai, but actual space kitna hai? And what about maintenance charges? They always show low figures initially. Is it really a good, low-hassle place for us older folks, or just good on paper? Change my mind.

Totally agree with the post. Brochure photos are always misleading, especially for carpet area. I visited a flat in Manimajra recently, same issue. Altus Ecoglades is old, 2016 possession, so it must be showing its age now. Plus, ₹41.78L for that size? Seems high for a smaller unit.
