Altus Ecoglades finishes often disappoint after handover
New Chandigarh keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. I'm finally looking to buy my first 2BHK, budget around ₹80L, maybe ₹90L. Raheja Winterwoods and Altus Ecoglades are on my radar. My parents keep saying check builder reputation properly, especially for quality. For Winterwoods, I've heard mixed things about delivery timelines, like delays beyond RERA dates. And for Ecoglades, some people mention small finishing issues after possession, plaster cracks or something. Honestly not sure if these are isolated incidents or common problems. As a first-time buyer, I'm really worried about getting stuck with a project that has ongoing quality problems or endless delays. Which one actually delivers better on time and without major post-possession headaches? What's the real ground reality for these projects?

Altus Ecoglades ke finishing issues are definitely not isolated incidents. Mera ek cousin wahan shift hua hai 6 months pehle, aur uski bhi yahi complaints hain. Plaster cracks, bathroom fittings leak kar rahe the, aur kitchen cabinets
Bhai, this is crucial info for any first-time buyer. Raheja Universal ka toh koi track record hi nahi hai, zero projects delivered. Winterwoods is their first one, which is super risky. Kaise trust karein aise builder pe, bhale kitna bhi good-looking project ho?
Exactly! U1, a builder with zero experience is a huge gamble. New Chandigarh mein aise naye players bahut aa rahe hain, be careful.
Seriously? Zero projects? This is making me even more nervous about my own search. Thanks for the heads up!
