Altus Ecoglades: Is it really home after handover?
Since last month I've been seriously looking at buying a flat for myself in Chandigarh, after years of helping others. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is completely different, honestly. I'm zeroing in on Altus Ecoglades, the price point seems okay at around ₹41.78 L for a completed project. But I know what builders don't always tell you, especially about daily life post-possession. Has anyone actually moved into Altus Ecoglades? Is it genuinely good to live in daily, or just good on paper with all those amenities? I'm worried about the actual community vibe. Is it friendly, or do people mostly keep to themselves? Also, what's the neighbourhood like for essentials? Are schools, hospitals, and markets genuinely close and convenient? Any real-world experiences would be super helpful.
