Altus Ecoglades lacks real comfort for seniors.

Been looking for a smaller flat since the kids moved out. Altus Ecoglades in Chandigarh looks okay, fits my ₹41.78 L budget. We're selling our big house, want something manageable and peaceful now. But I'm really unsure about the actual daily life for older couples there. Is society ka community vibe friendly? Hospitals kitne paas hain, especially for emergencies? Maintenance charges ka real figure kya hai monthly? Sunna hai kaafi zyada hote hain. Noise levels ka kya scene hai? Humko shanti chahiye. Any residents can share?
