Budget finalized, loan pre-approved – ab Altus Ecoglades mein investment ka soch raha hoon. I'm based in Dubai, so site visit impossible. Builder ka RERA status aur occupancy certificate (OC) ko lekar thodi tension hai. Property completed hai, but documents mein koi ambiguity toh nahi? Resale ke time problem na ho jaye... matlab, liquidity ka issue toh nahi aayega? Koi bata sakta hai actual ground reality kya hai? Power of attorney se sab smoothly ho jayega ya koi extra headache hai for NRI investors? Bahut important decision hai mere liye.

Bhai, RERA status check kiya kya? Builder toh bolte hain completed, but OC ka kya scene hai? NRI ho toh aur dikkat ho sakti hai bina proper documents ke. Online sab green dikhta hai, but ground reality alag hoti hai.

Haan yaar, RERA ka website pe check karo. Altus Ecoglades ka status 'Completed' dikhata hai, possession date 2016-05-01 hai. Lekin mere friend ne Manimajra mein ek project liya tha, 'completed' bolke OC ke liye 2 saal lag gaye. Builder ne bola tha mil jaayega, but end mein bahut bhaag-daud karni padi. NRI ke liye toh double headache hai, especially if you can't be physically present to chase documents.
