Amarah By Ashiana ka current pricing seems way too high for an upcoming project in Sohna. Honestly, I'm based in Dubai and can't do proper site visits, which makes me super frustrated about evaluating the real potential. Is this ₹2.5-4 Cr range justified for an under-construction property there? I'm worried about the capital appreciation from this entry point. Kitna upside mil sakta hai, sach mein? Plus, rental yield ka kya scene hai for such high-value units? Will I even be able to cover my EMI from rent? And what about the exit strategy? Kon lega itna expensive flat Sohna mein 5-7 saal baad? I'm looking for solid ROI, but this feels risky. Koi experience share karo please, especially if you're also an NRI investor.

Yaar, I completely agree with the original post. Amarah By Ashiana ka ₹2.5-4.2 Cr price tag for Sohna under construction? Itna toh Gurugram ke established sectors mein mil jaata hai. The RERA number GGM/912/644/2025/15 shows possession is 2027, which is still a long wait. Capital appreciation ke chances bohot slim lag rahe hain from this entry point. Dubai se invest karna aur bhi risky lag raha hai, site visit ke bina kaise trust karein?
