Amarpali Silicon City maintenance: Overpriced and under-delivered?

After years of maintaining a big house, I'm finally selling it and looking for a smaller 2BHK in Amarpali Silicon City. My main concern is society maintenance. I'm hearing mixed reviews about RWA effectiveness and hidden charges. Some say maintenance is too high for services, aur phir bhi water supply mein problem rehti hai. Is it really that bad? What are the actual hidden costs jo initially nahi batate? I just want a peaceful life. Current residents, please share experience. Is the RWA effective, ya sirf bills hi aate hain?
