Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now I'm seriously looking at Ambedkar City for a 2BHK. Prices here feel a bit high, around ₹78L for 1200 sqft, honestly not sure if it's justified. From my experience, the appreciation needs to be strong, especially with Jewar airport coming up. What's the actual investment potential here over 3-5 years? And how easy is the resale market? I'm calculating ROI, but worried about exit liquidity.

Yaar, Ambedkar City mein ₹78L for 1200 sqft sunke hi darr lag raha hai. Kya sach mein itna worth hai? Mere friend ne toh Alistonia Estate mein recently 65L mein 1100 sqft liya hai, aur wahan connectivity bhi better hai. Lagta hai yahan appreciation ke naam pe bas hype hai Jewar ki.
