Ambedkar City, Noida: School quality and safety?

Has anyone actually lived in Ambedkar City for a long time? I'd like to hear from someone with firsthand experience about the daily life there.

U1, did you visit the ATS Destinaire site? What did you think of the security arrangements?

ATS is generally a good builder, but still, do your due diligence. Visit the site multiple times, talk to existing residents, and check all the paperwork.

U1, ATS Destinaire is a good project but a bit far from the main city. Consider the commute if you work in Delhi or central Noida.

One thing I learned the hard way: check the completion certificate before you finalize anything. Don't just rely on the builder's promises.

Also, check the fire safety measures in the building. Noida has had some incidents recently, so it's better to be safe than sorry.

My friend booked a flat there in 2018. Possession is still pending! Be very careful about the builder's reputation. RERA mein complaint karo if they delay!

Sector 150 is a better option if safety and schools are your top priorities. Thoda pricey hai, but worth it in the long run.

I bought a 2BHK in Ambedkar City Phase 2 three years ago. Honestly, the initial promises were much better than the reality. The park is still not fully developed, and the maintenance is so-so. School-wise, I send my kid to a school in Sector 121 – better options there.

Safety is paramount. Has anyone checked the police patrolling frequency in Ambedkar City? That's a good indicator.

School admission is a headache everywhere in Noida! Don't just focus on Ambedkar City for that. Look at the overall connectivity and your budget first. Then shortlist projects and THEN worry about schools.

Which builder are you considering? Some are known to cut corners on security. Check their RERA registration and past projects carefully.

DPS is good, but getting in is like winning the lottery. There's also Somerville School nearby, I think. But yeah, safety... that's a tough one. CCTV cameras are a must, and a good active residents' association.
