₹79.68 L for a 2BHK in Amberstone Illumina? That sounds like a lot, especially for a builder jiska track record is shaky. RERA number toh hai PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/160925/008097 but possession date 2028-12-01 is so far. Kya ye price justify karta hai for the location?
