Visited Ambey Rani Sukh Apartment about four months ago and thought the ₹25-28L price was pretty decent for Gurgaon. Just shifted in last month, and honestly, daily living is a mixed bag. Society ka vibe theek hai, neighbours friendly enough. Amenities mein, gym equipment looks good, par maintenance ka issue lag raha hai. Kids play area bhi chhota hai. Schools aur basic markets paas mein hain, which is convenient. But commute to Cyber Hub is a proper struggle, traffic bahut hota hai. Plus, main road se noise levels thode high hain. Koi aur Ambey Rani Sukh mein rehta hai? Aapka experience kaisa hai, especially with amenities aur daily life ka comfort?

It's a classic dilemma, isn't it? Ambey Rani Sukh offers a good entry point price-wise for Gurgaon, especially being a completed project with 60 units. But the commute and amenity issues are real. U1, for your Cyber Hub commute, have you explored any alternative routes or public transport
U5, haan Ambey Rani Sukh ka official possession date October 2016 hi tha. Shayad U1 ne resale mein liya hoga ya fir unka flat ready hone mein time laga hoga. But now that it's 2024, what about the resale value? If amenities are an issue, will it affect future selling price?
Resale value toh har cheez ki down hoti hai over time. But U1 ne bola na society ka vibe theek hai aur neighbours friendly hain. That's also a big plus point. Sometimes, these small things matter more than a fancy gym.
U7, that's my biggest fear! With so many new projects coming up in Gurugram, especially along the Dwarka Expressway and Airport Road, an older project with maintenance issues will definitely struggle for resale. Current market conditions favour newer, well-maintained societies. It's a tough call for first-time buyers like us, balancing budget and future value.
My experience with builders and amenities has been similar. I almost booked a flat near Badshahpur a couple of years back, the brochure looked amazing, but when I visited a completed project by the same builder, the gym was rusted and the pool was green. It's a common tactic to lure first-time buyers. Always check the ground reality, not just the marketing material. Ambey Rani Sukh ke case mein bhi lagta hai wahi hua hai.
Totally agree with U1 about the noise from the main road! Mera ek friend wahan rehta hai aur woh bhi complaint karta hai. Itna budget lagake bhi agar shanti na mile toh kya faayda? Main toh isliye avoid kar raha hoon aise projects.
Noise aur maintenance, that's really concerning. By the way, U1 mentioned they shifted last month. Iska possession toh 2016 ka tha na? Itni der kyu lagi shift karne mein?
Haan yaar, noise toh ek major issue hai. Aur ye gym equipment ka maintenance problem har jagah hai. Builders bas dikhawe ke liye amenities daal dete hain, baad mein kaun dekhega.
Bhai, 25-28L for a project completed in 2016? Thoda high nahi lag raha for Ambey Rani Sukh? I'm also looking for my first home, aur is budget mein toh mujhe laga kuch naya mil jayega. Kahin hidden charges ya maintenance cost toh zyada nahi hai isme?
