Ambey Rani Sukh Apartment ki bahut baat hoti hai, but as someone jo real estate mein hai, I'm finding it tough to see the actual value for living. I know builder tricks, especially with super area vs carpet area. Yahan pe kya scene hai, is carpet area efficiency really that bad? Daily life ke liye kaisa hai? Neighbourhood mein schools aur markets kitne accessible hain? I think for this price, there are better options. Disagree? Tell me why.

Carpet area issue toh ek problem hai hi, par daily life ke liye connectivity aur basic facilities ka kya scene hai? OP ne schools aur markets ki baat ki thi. Ambey Rani Sukh ke aas paas acche schools aur hospitals hain kya? Aur kya grocery stores ya daily needs ki shops easily accessible hain? 25-28 lakh mein agar sab kuch door hai, toh phir kya fayda? Main toh Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe bhi options explore kar raha hoon, wahan toh thodi better amenities mil jaati hain.
Schools toh hain paas mein, jaise DPS aur Amity, but they are a bit of a drive. Hospitals bhi 5-7 km ke radius mein
Yaar, maine bhi same issue face kiya tha jab main Badshahpur mein ek flat dekh raha tha. Builders ka focus bas sales pe hota hai, actual living experience pe nahi. Ambey Rani Sukh ka possession toh 2016 mein ho gaya tha, so it's an old project. Uss time bhi ye price thoda high lagta tha for the space offered.

Ye Ambey Rani Sukh ka naam sunke bahut hype lagta hai, par jab actual site visit kiya toh carpet area dekhke sir ghoom gaya. 25-28 lakh mein itna chhota flat? Kahaan se value for money hai? Builders ka ye super area ka khel toh hum sabko pata hai, par yahan toh carpet area efficiency itni kam hai ki living space hi nahi lagti. Ek family kaise rahegi ismein? Lagta hai bas naam ka 'Sukh' hai.
Exactly! Builders often show a fancy super area but the usable space is tiny. For 25-28L, especially for a project completed in 2016, I'd expect better. My cousin almost booked here but backed out after seeing the actual room sizes. It's misleading.
Sahi baat hai, U1. Maine bhi suna hai Ambey Rani Sukh mein carpet area ka issue hai. Bahut congested feel hota hai.
