Is Ambience Caitriona really a good place to live long-term, ya phir bas marketing hype hai? I work in real estate, so I know what builders don't tell you. Buying for myself is different though. Brochures sab achha dikhate hain, but what's the actual daily life quality like once you move in? Mohali mein is project ka neighbourhood kaisa hai? Schools, hospitals, daily shops kitne paas hain? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Is it a friendly community or sab apne mein rehte hain? Maintenance charges ka bhi real figure pata karna hai. Often, the hidden costs hit hard. Just want honest opinions from actual residents, not sales pitches. What do you guys think, genuinely?

Even after completion, maintenance aur amenities ka dhyan kitna rakhte hain, that's a big question mark. 240 units ke liye itna price tag, they better deliver top-notch post-possession service consistently.
U7, I remember Ambience Lagoon kaafi delayed tha, aur Ambience Mall ke residential units mein bhi kuch issues aaye the regarding common areas. Though Caitriona completed hai, past reputation does affect trust for such a high-value property. Especially for such a big investment, builder's history matters a lot.

Sahi keh rahe ho U3. Mere ek friend ne Gurgaon mein Ambience ka ek project dekha tha, Baharampur Naya ke paas. Usne bataya ki initial promises aur delivery mein kaafi gap tha. Maintenance charges bhi baad mein unexpectedly badha diye the, which was a huge shock to his budget.
