Brochures sab achha dikhate hain, but what's the actual daily life quality like once you move in? Mohali mein is project ka neighbourhood kaisa hai? Schools, hospitals, daily shops kitne paas hain? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Is it a friendly community or sab apne mein rehte hain? Maintenance charges ka bhi real figure pata karna hai. Often, the hidden costs hit hard.
