Ambience Caitriona: What's family life really like?

Did a site visit to Ambience Caitriona last week. My wife loved the flat layout for the kids. But for that price, are the amenities actually useful daily? And what's the community vibe like there?

₹14.9 Cr se shuru? Bhai, itna budget mein toh main poora gaon khareed loon! Amenities useful daily? Doubtful at that price point for us first-time buyers.

Totally agree with U1. ₹14.9 Cr is just the starting, it goes up to ₹25.4 Cr! For that money, I'd rather look at bigger plots in areas like Baliawas and build my own custom home.
