Ambience Group's hidden charges are a real scam
₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Block GH 8 Ambience Group ke saath. I thought I knew the market, I'm literally in real estate, but yaar, buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. Possession ab paas aa rahi hai aur suddenly so many hidden charges are popping up. Initial talks mein sab all-inclusive lagta hai but ab maintenance deposits, club membership, IGL connection charges, power backup installation — sab add ho raha hai. It's like they deliberately hide these till the last minute. Super area vs carpet area ka game toh pata tha, but ye extra costs ka bilkul andaza nahi tha. Meri all-in cost estimate toh kaafi badh gayi hai. Has anyone else faced this with Ambience Group, ya phir ye common hai for projects like these in Delhi? What did you guys do to push back? Matlab, kitna negotiate ho sakta hai in sab pe?
