Okay I'll be honest—I'm losing it. Ambience Creacions in Sector 60, Noida promised OC by Dec 2025, but abhi tak kuch nahi hua. PLC charges are insane! Honestly, my parents keep saying rent is better. Is Noida investment even sahi hai? Should I just sell?

I heard Ambience is facing some financial troubles. That could be why the project is delayed. News articles check karo.
My two cents: Noida is risky. High returns, but also high risk. If you can't handle the stress, stick to renting.
So, what did you decide to do? Sell or hold on? Update us!
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Classic Noida builder move.
Honestly, if you're this stressed, selling might be the best option for your mental health. Loss ho raha hai toh bhi, it's worth it.
PLC charges are a scam. They promise amenities, but never deliver. I learned my lesson the hard way.
Has anyone actually received OC for Ambience Creacions yet? Any updates?
Sector 60 is a good location, but the builder is the problem. Maybe try to negotiate with another buyer and transfer the booking?
Be careful - this builder has 3 delayed projects already. Do your due diligence before making any decisions. My friend lost a lot of money.
Noida is still a good investment, but you need to be smart. Look at the upcoming metro line extensions, that will boost prices. But Ambience...hmm...
Which metro line extension are you talking about? The one to Greater Noida West?
Haan, the Greater Noida West one. And also the one connecting to Jewar Airport. That will be a game changer for areas like Sector 150 and beyond.
RERA registration number check karo. Their website should have all the details. You can track the project status there.
I bought in Sector 150 three years ago and thankfully, possession mila on time. But prices haven't appreciated as much as I hoped. Sector 60 is prime, but builder reputation matters a lot.
Check the construction progress yourself. Don't just rely on what the builder tells you. Site visit karo bhai!
Good point! Photos and videos bhi le lo. Proof rahega.
U14, site visit is a waste of time. They always show you the 'model apartment' which is nothing like the real thing.
Anyone know what the current average rate is in Sector 60? Considering buying a resale property there.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Builders promise the moon, deliver nothing. I'm stuck in Jaypee Greens since 2014! RERA mein complaint daalo, that's your best bet.
RERA is a joke, yaar. They take ages to resolve anything. It's just a formality.
U5, true, but it's better than nothing. At least there's some record of your complaint. And sometimes, builders buckle under pressure.
U4, Jaypee is a whole different level of mess. Ambience isn't THAT bad...yet. But vigilance is key.
U6, pressure from RERA works only if the builder is even remotely solvent. Many are not!
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago with Supertech. Sold at a loss, but peace of mind is priceless. Sector 74 mein ek flat liya tha, total disaster.
PLC charges are negotiable, aren't they? Did you try talking to the builder? Sometimes they budge if you threaten to cancel.
U10, it depends on the builder and the stage of the project. Early on, maybe. Now, highly unlikely.
Negotiable? LOL! They'll laugh in your face. They have all the power.
Bhai, I feel you! Ambience is known for delays. Creacions mein toh I know so many people stuck. Rent is looking sweeter by the day, isn't it?
Don't lose hope just yet! December 2025 is still some time away. Have you checked the RERA status? Maybe there's a force majeure clause they're using. PLC charges are standard practice, unfortunately.
Noida investment sahi hai, but builder sahi hona chahiye! Ambience ka track record is not the best. Which floor and unit number do you have? I can check with some contacts.
