Since last year I'm tracking Gurugram projects for myself. I know builders ki marketing. Ambience Lagoon mein jo amenities promise kiye the, clubhouse ya green areas, kya woh sach mein usable hain? Yaar, construction quality ka bhi batao, after 1-2 years, seepage ya cracks ka issue aata hai kya? Maintenance charges worth it hain?

Bhai, main khud wahan ek friend ke yahan ruk chuka hoon. 2003 ka possession hai iska, so it's almost 20 years old. Construction quality tab ke hisaab se theek thi, but definitely seepage issues dikhe hain kuch blocks mein, especially after heavy rains. Clubhouse aur green areas are definitely usable but not as pristine as new projects, you know. Maintenance charges bhi kaafi high hain, but they do keep the place running. It's near Airport Road, so location is prime.
Airport Road pe itni traffic rehti hai, noise pollution ka issue nahi aata kya apartments mein? Connectivity toh achhi hogi, but living experience kaisi hai with all the older infrastructure? I'm also looking near Badshahpur and seeing similar issues with

Yaar, Ambience Lagoon toh bahut purana project hai. Price range ₹4.4 Cr se ₹9.3 Cr bol rahe hain, itna high budget mein new options bhi mil jaate hain. Jo amenities 2003 mein banaye the, aaj bhi waise hi honge kya? Mujhe toh thoda doubt hai, considering the maintenance costs of older properties.
