What's the real resale market like here? I'm looking at the ₹4.36 Cr–₹9.27 Cr range. Is the secondary market actually liquid, or do listings just sit for ages? Builders always push future appreciation, but what's the *actual* capital appreciation been since completion? For an investor, understanding the exit strategy in 5-7 years is key. Any insights on that would be super helpful.

Ambience Lagoon ka naam toh bahut suna hai, luxury ke liye. Lekin 2003 ka possession date sunke thoda darr lagta hai. Kya maintenance aur repair issues nahi aate honge itne purane buildings mein? Naye projects mein toh phir bhi thodi guarantee hoti hai.
Haan, mera ek relative Badshahpur ke paas ek old society mein rehta hai. Uska experience accha nahi raha. Every few years, kuch na kuch repair nikal hi aata hai, aur society funds kam pad jaate hain. Yahan toh ₹4 Cr+ ki baat hai
Totally agreed, bhai. Maintenance is a big headache for older societies. Hidden costs bahut hote hain.
