Ambience Lagoon: Parking aur pani ka kya haal hai?

Ambience Lagoon mein parking ka kya scene hai? I work in real estate, but for my own flat, it's a different game. Builders show one thing, then possession pe gaadiyaan park karne ki jagah hi nahi hoti. Is it reserved parking, ya first-come-first-serve jaisa kuch? And water supply ka kya experience hai? Tanker dependency toh nahi hai na? Heard stories about low pressure ya daily cuts. Buying for self, so these small things matter a lot. Koi owners hain yahan jo real feedback de sakein?

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Builders ki toh purani aadat hai. Meri ek society mein bhi same issue hua tha, parking ke naam pe bas space dikha dete hain, but actual mein gaadiyan fight kar rahi hoti hain. Water supply ka bhi same haal, especially in older projects. Ambience Lagoon toh kaafi old hai na, 2003 ka possession bol rahe ho. Toh yeh problems expected hain.
