Ambika Florence Park: Are we just paying for unused amenities?
Did a site visit to Ambika Florence Park last week. My kids have moved out, so we're looking to downsize from our big kothi to something manageable, low-maintenance. Honestly, I'm finding it tough. Everyone talks about the amenities – gym, clubhouse, swimming pool – but are they genuinely useful? Hum jaise senior citizens ke liye, kitni kaam ki hain yeh sab? I bet most people don't even use half of them. Aur phir maintenance charges upar se. Yeh sab show-off hi lagta hai, khaali bill badhane ke liye. Society ka vibe bhi dekhna hai, comfortable hoga kya? I'm worried about paying for fancy stuff we won't use. Shouldn't developers focus on practical things like good walking paths, reliable lifts, and a quiet environment instead of splashy pools? Change my mind.

Totally agree with your point, uncle ji! Hum bhi first-time buyer hain aur budget mein rehna hai. Jab dekho har project mein swimming pool, fancy clubhouse, sports complex. But asli mein kitne log use karte hain? Maintenance charges toh hum gareebon ki kamar tod dete hain. Mujhe toh sirf ek decent 2BHK chahiye good connectivity ke saath, bas.
Haan bilkul! Main bhi Manimajra mein dekh raha tha, same story. Amenities ke naam pe price itna bad
