Ambika Florence Park: Daily life is not what you expect

Okay I'll say what no one says – Ambika Florence Park ka hype bahut hai, but daily life wahan itna great nahi hai. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 34, thinking of upgrading for a 3BHK there. But yaar, the community vibe seems a bit... isolated? Everyone glorifies the amenities, but are they actually used, ya bas show-off hai? Is the ₹1.5 Cr+ price tag justified for actual livability? Honestly not sure if it's worth the premium. Change my mind.
