₹1.15 Cr se ₹3.41 Cr for Ambika Florence Park sounds like a lot for a 3BHK upgrade. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 44, already have a home loan, so this jump needs to be justified. Is the project-delivery quality actually good for daily living? Matlab, finishings, plumbing, electricals — after possession, kitni problems aati hain? Builders often show one thing but deliver another. Also, community vibe kaisa hai wahan? Kids ke liye safe hai kya? Koi hidden maintenance issues ya construction quality problems mile hain kya residents ko? Hope this helps someone check these things properly.
