Visited Ambika Florence Park yesterday. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. Humhein bas ek manageable flat chahiye. Wahan daily life kaisi hai seniors ke liye? Kya hospitals paas hain? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? Real figures batao please.

I think it depends on what you're looking for. It's a completed project with 712 units, so it's a well-established community. Hospitals are accessible, but not walking distance. If you're looking for a quiet, exclusively senior-focused place, this might not be it. But if you want a vibrant society with a mix of age groups and good basic amenities, it's worth considering. What's your absolute maximum budget, U1?
Be careful with any builder, especially in this area. Always cross-check the RERA numbers (PBRERA-SAS80-PR0058, PBRERA-SAS80-PR0167, PBRERA-SAS80-PR0421) on the official website. Sometimes they show one RERA for one phase and another for a different one. Maine Manimajra mein ek project mein dekha hai, initial promises are very different from the reality. Make sure to get everything in writing, especially the maintenance breakdown and senior amenities.
Ambika Florence Park toh 2021-03-01 ko possession mil gaya tha right? Was it on time? Aajkal Chandigarh real estate market mein delays bahut common hain, especially for projects near the outskirts.
Mujhe bhi yahi doubt hai. Seniors ke liye 'vibe' kaisi hai? Sirf pool aur gym hone se toh kaam nahi chalta. Kya koi dedicated senior citizen area hai ya medical support system? Aur maintenance charges ka clear figure koi batao please, that's usually a deal-breaker.
My uncle lives there. Vibe mixed hai. Kuch seniors groups hain, but mostly younger families bhi hain. So it's not exclusively for empty nesters. Medical support society level par kuch khaas nahi hai, bas basic first aid. For daily doctor visits, you'd need to travel. Unko toh kaafi comfortable lagta hai overall.
Maintenance charges around ₹4500-₹5500 hain for a 2BHK, depending on the size. Hospitals like Max and Fortis are within 10-15 km, which is manageable.
Hey, I've been eyeing Florence Park too! The concept for empty nesters sounds appealing. But budget ka tension hai. ₹1.2 Cr – ₹3.4 Cr is a huge range. Kya aapko kuch idea laga ki seniors ke liye jo flats hain woh kis range mein aate hain?
Sahi keh rahe ho. Hum bhi last month dekhne gaye the. The smaller 2BHKs start around ₹1.6 Cr, which for a retired couple seems a bit steep, even for New Chandigarh standards. Amenities acchi hain but us price mein toh Mullanpur Garibdass mein independent floor mil jayega. Definitely check out their maintenance figures before committing, woh bhi hidden costs hote hain.
Haan bhai, price range toh confusing hai. Jo manageble flats hain woh bhi 1.5 Cr se upar hi milenge. Maine suna hai PBRERA-SAS80-PR0058 waale units thode reasonable hain, but still high.
