Two years ago, I'd never have thought about moving from our big home. But now kids have settled elsewhere, I'm looking for a compact, manageable flat in Chandigarh. Ambika Florence Park seems interesting. Meri main concern hai apartment ka layout aur carpet area efficiency. Jo log wahan rehte hain, can you share, kya flats actually spacious feel karte hain, ya sirf paper pe bade hain? For an older couple, we don't need huge rooms, but functional space is important. Also, society ka vibe kaisa hai? Is it friendly ya isolated? And what about maintenance charges? Are they reasonable for the amenities offered, especially for common areas like lifts and security?
