Ambika Realcon's pricing strategy in Sector 18D is confusing me. We're looking for a 3BHK for the kids' school admission, and my wife's priority is a safe neighborhood. The base price sounds okay, around ₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK, but I'm worried about the *final* amount. Builders always quote one price, but then add so much. I heard Ambika sometimes gives spot discounts, but then I also hear about 'no-price-drop' policies later. Kya ye spot discount sirf new launches pe hota hai? Or can we expect some room for negotiation on ready-to-move flats too? Especially with stamp duty and registration, the cost jumps so much. Resale mein better deal mil sakti hai kya? Or Ambika ke saath direct deal karna hi better hai, even with their policies?
