This is a common scam tactic. They show you a base price, and then hit you with floor rise, car parking, power backup, IFMS, maintenance advance, and GST on everything. Can you share a breakup of what they added? It would really help us understand the scale of the 'surprise'. Did they mention these during the initial booking or later?

Exactly! Mere saath bhi yahi hua tha. IDC/EDC charges and club membership, they just add up out of nowhere. Lagta hai sabka experience same hai.
