Ameerpet's hidden charges are outrageous
Ameerpet — just got hit with so many "extra" charges on a 3BHK I'm looking at. Broker quoted ₹1.5 Cr, now they're adding PLC, parking, amenity fees... it's pushing ₹1.7 Cr. Honestly not sure if this premium is justified. Already have an EMI for my current 2BHK. Anyone else face these hidden costs in Ameerpet? What did you do?
